Fighting ice dams with a Uniquely Alaskan skillset
- Who is Alaska Heat Tape?
Alaska Heat Tape was founded by Clint Helander with a mission to bring expert, reliable, and safety-focused service to Alaskans—right where they need it most: their homes and rooftops.
Clint has over two decades of climbing experience and work in the industrial rope-access trade. Today, Clint splits his time between being an emergency room nurse and owner of both Alaska Heat Tape and Highlander Services.
When Clint isn’t working on roofs or in the ER, he is usually climbing, skiing, biking or trail running in Alaska’s mountains.
Clint has over 25 expeditions into the Alaska Range, with more than a dozen first ascents on mountains including Mount Hunter and Mount Huntington. These experiences can ensure his safety and care on your roofs.
Alaska Heat Tape and Highlander Services proudly partners with property management firms, commercial sites, and residents across Anchorage, Girdwood, and surrounding communities.
